Repro from failbay, hate it! More info inside!

Got a Greedo baggie today.. and ofc.. failbay... repro weapon and unsealed! Lucky me I asked the seller specifically if it was a repro/misp etc so I just started a case to get my money back! He sorta fell on his own "replies".

Anyone have any experience from filing complaints on ebay! How does it usually work and what is the turnout?
 
Be as vague as possible - especially when it concerns packaging - eBay don;t consider that when making decisions. As a minimum the seller will have to accept a return but you will have to cover postage back
 
He accepted the return but look at this.. anger management!

"if you have any problem with item why did you not tell me ,let me know something before you do some thing so stupid . its a money back item for all my itemes .whats your problem

I told him

"Oh! Well, lets resolve the matter then shall we! What do you suggest?"

and he replied

"send item back .and you get full refund thats what .and dont ever try to buy anything from me again .thanks again

and then from nowhere!

"when you send item back it better not be open or anything missing you want get refund .you are a lier .iam glad to get item back it better be still taped seald LIKE I SENT IT TO YOU . FY"

and my last reply to the above

"In the exact same condition as I got it! Yep! You can see thru the bag that its a repro gun! Very easy to tell!"

No more replies after that! And tbh, its just 45$ so its nothing! But right should be right!

Guess he will cause more drama once he gets the item ;) but hey, you dont get much entertainment for only 45$ do ya, so this will be fun :D

Make sure you send it back signed for delivery at least so he doesn't pull the " it didn't arrive" line.
 
Have you already sent the item???

If not I'd hold on to it and open a case against him as he sounds like a complete prick. I've opened a case against someone before and got the money reimbursed and eBay send you a return postage sticker so you don't have to pay for return postage.

If you've already sent it back I hope for your sake he doesn't make up a load of bull **** that you've tampered with the item. He sounds like a real piece of work and definitely needs put on the eBay list of shame
 
Its still on my desk! Nothing sent yet! Im thinking about sending all his replies to ebay so they can finish him off ;)
