repro 12" weapons

Does anyone know how to tell an original 12" saber from a repro?

I've just boughta Luke sabre and it doesn't seem right :?:

What does not seem correct. Possibly small inner bubbles in the clear plastic??

It looks fine, but it looks too new, there is no air bubble.

I've got a repro vader sabre which is moulded clear plastic with the handle painted black. The Luke one is the same design, but I don't know whether the originals were made like that?

Handle is painted on all of them. I wouldnt worry.
