Problems with sending PMs

Can someone delete this when it is solved?

I'm trying to send PMs but they just sit in my outbox and won't send. Yesterday I tried to send 3 or 4 to Iain, and I think eventually 1 got through. Any ideas what's up?
They only have a few lines of text in them.

PMs sit in your outbox until they have been read by the recipient. Nothing is going wrong, they are just unread.

Yep I have 4 in my Outbox. They just stay there until they are read
