Hi Bram small world I was going to bid on those droids I finish work at half 4 when I'm on earlys got myself already to bid and my asshole boss called me up and kept me talking till quarter to 5 was well pissed off I missed bidding on those droids at the time, his feedbacks taken a pounding with other people having the exact same problem so at least you shouldn't have any problems getting your money back.

I just don't understand why he didn't send them out. I can only assume that everyone got backdoored as most of his figures sold for good prices!

I know that eBay won't ban him, but some sort of monetary fine should be put in place fir cases like this.

Good idea. I have just told the guy to contact his bank and the local police, but surely you need an address to transfer the money (or is this just abroad).

That's ****ing disgusting!! He is defrauding innocent buyers out of money for items he doesn't own. As Ryan said a seller who is owed payment should have his address in Gloucester. Gloucestershire Police should get involved should give them something useful to do instead of catching motorists out for petty things :roll:

Also - why do this as a seller he want gain anything, once you lodge a Paypal claim they will find in your favour and re-imburse from his account.

Ps it's not me I live in the far north of Gloucestershire nowhere near Gloucester itself :lol:

Sorry to read this, last year I bought a few Ledy figures from a guy on ebay in USA. He did the same, never mailed any of the items and more than 30 buyers did not get what they paid for. Ebay refunded the mail money and what I paid for the figures.
