Sith Lord
At the end of the day this could have easily been thrown away in the bin, but you saw the potential in it and brought it back to life. I think it's a great job well done.

Yes, tried and tested.![]()
So long as you soak it long enough and obviously take care when removing. If any part is still stuck, then soak it a little longer. Usually peel of easily and cleanly.
fuzzybuzzytoys said:It was I that managed to remove the ink from the Yak Face as mentioned above. The thing to remember is that no amount of scrubbing (or sandpaper PLEASE) will remove the ink as it is soaked into the plastic. You need to be able to draw it out.
So get some strong oxo cream. Smother the parts with the ink marks and leave it to dry under a lamp. Leave it overnight (with the lamp on) or outside all day on a sunny day. Then scrub the cream off. Then reapply and do it all over again, and again and again until the ink is gone.
Trust me, it really does work.

There is one on You Tube I believe - from the guy who had the unknown boxed Emperor (he's a member on here too).
