That is as you say a playmobil vintage R2 knock off . They made them around ESB . The where sold boxed with a figurere .
The also made one with alot of wheels under the legs . You can see it here in my FS

They are rare and hard to come by , but price on them in good conditions are not high . I set mine a 30$ , yours looks very ruff so i would say around 10$ maybe less .
