Hi all,
Just wondered if any of you had heard about the independent Documentary called Plastic Galaxy?
I found out about it on Facebook,it was part of a Kickstarter campaign where you can donate money to help fund people so they can make short films,documentary's and other stuff.
Anyway..this is based in the states and is made by a guy called Brian Stillman.He interviews former Kenner employee's from back in the day and visit's collectors like us to see their showcase's,there is also footage filmed at the recent Star wars celebration in the states too.
I pledged $30 and I get a t-shirt (which came today) and a copy of the DVD with my name in the credits
I'm not trying to get anyone to pledge because the campaign is over but I just wanted to give you a head's up as I thought some of you might be interested in seeing this and I doubt it will get a big release or much advertising!
It come's out at the end of the year and I should have a copy by Christmas..
If anyone is interested in this and you don't want to buy it I could make a few copies for you for and for the price of postage I would send it to you.
