I think everyone is in agreement that wise is bang out of order to retropectively introduce a controversial rule.

For ****s sake though chaps.... Can we get back to talking about wee plastic men, women and aliens?!
With a few tits thrown in for good measure of course.

I feel the majority of the vintage community (particularly RS) has become an insipid, miserable, depressing and negative entity. As the black eyed pees once said:

"where is the love?"

I didn't sign up to these boards to watch people fall out with each other. I joined them to talk about toys. Honestly it's just becoming depressing :?
The politics side of collecting has become bigger than the toys and that is total bull ****. Should joeY have been banned? Probably not. Should it tear the community into two sides? No. Will this dent RS's reputation? Undoubtedly. Seriously though, if you don't like it then don't participate in the site. Simples

The vintage community needs something positive to inspire it... I'm thinking a competition is in order :wink:

I completely agree with your assessment of what RS has become, and it's one of the reasons I chose to leave, I saw it happening before this incident. I honestly didn't think my saying goodbye to some of my friends that I know don't frequent other forums OR trying to reclaim my content would cause such a ruckus,get me permanently banned,let alone cause the rift in the vintage community that it has. More than anything I just want to enjoy the hobby, add a few pieces here and there when I can, help out others that are interested in the part of the hobby that I can help them with, and look at some tits when they get posted. Not much to ask for I don't think.
