Curious has anyone has had this happen, and/or if anyone knows why.
Recently bought a MOC from someone who is pretty active in the hobby, first time I have bought from them. Probably around 10 minutes after sending the money via Paypal G&S I get a phishing email saying my payment method has been frozen (is hasn’t) due to a suspicious transaction. The transaction code is not the same a one I just made. I did the payment on my iPhone, which surely can’t have any malware on, and it’s too much of a coincidence for Paypal phishing email to come in so soon after an actual transaction, so what’s going on? Could it be the seller did this knowing I had just been on Paypal, or told someone I had?
