Paul Darrow aka Avon in Blakes 7 has died today.
Another Childhood hero has left us.

Did feel for him with his health complication's in later life, he brought such life and believability to the character of Kerr Avon and along with the rest of the cast of Blakes 7 was one of the main programs that fascinated me and fired my interest in all things sci fi . R.I.P

Sad news. I adored Blake's 7 as a child, and Paul Darrow was terrific in it.
