Palitoy stickers, how rare are they?

This was my first Vectis auction win, the card tear on the front is a shame but I love the Ackbar offer sticker, raises what for me isn't the most exciting moc! 14p!!!
So how rare are they, were they released for all 48 and do they add much value for anyone other than focus collectors(would love an fx-7 one!)

II think they are pretty rare and have never seen a sealed Han Hoth with one. They come in white and black and I've seen them on the Ackbar and 4 LOM offers but there may be more.

As to value - no idea :lol:

Wouldn't have thought they add a great deal other than to focus collectors/completists

There are 4 different stickers with rarity decreasing left to right. There are only a couple of known examples of the first one.

I agree, I think focus collectors could be the main ones interested in these.

Has anyone ever heard of a collector focussing specifically in these stickers?

If would say very rare. Not the white one though. See a lot of them on Kenner ROTJ TFP. But there is no Palitoy ROTJ TFP, so that's probably why.

I used to have one these a 48bk Revenge Offer IC, with Palitoy sticker.

Funny how I've seen this a few times on this particular card, but never on a lot of others.

That's a tough one and I'd assume its down to character. The 48s for Han Hoth are some of the rarer ones, and then the 48C is probably the least rare of those. Not seen a Palitoy stickered 48 before, but I do have a 47 which as a straight Kenner is one of the more common HHs.

I'm really fond of these cards. I'm not a big MOC collector but even the loose cardbacks ( more my sort of budget ) are difficult enough to get. I always look at the back of these Kenner MOCs for sale looking for a Pali sticker. I've still to find one.

Interesting you mention the cardbacks being difficult to find, I've followed a few card backs with the stickers on eBay, they seem to go for a real premium.
If there's a collector who focuses on these as a focus they must have some patience!

The Jedi 48 back cards aren't common with the Palitoy stickers but I wouldn't say they were terribly rare, generally. Have seen quite a few MOC versions for sale with the sticker.

Certainly more interesting.
