Compared to Harbert, Meccano and PBP, there seem to be many more percentage Palitoy MOCs in good condition, C9-AFA85, than the other foreign lines. Have somebody done the same observation? and what might be the reason?

Two words:- Toy Toni

Hehe, that is true, but I mean the Palitoy-logo cards: 12 and 20 backs. There comes a lot of AFA85 for sale, while meccano, clipper and Harbert 12 backs seem to be in much ruffer conditions.

Aren't there more Palitoys in existence than the other ones mentioned?

if so, by a simple law of averages more good ones are going to show up.

There are a hell of a lot of rough Palitoy ones I have seen over the years. I guess people are far more likely to show the good ones.

That's true. There are a lot more Palitoys out there, but I also think there must have been more people from UK preserving them from the start, or lots were found. There is a good amount of Harbert, but one almost never see c9 condition. Few Italians collect these MOCs actually, and I think they were not well taken care off, compared to Palitoys.
