I won the 41 Back Kenner Boba Fett. I have always wanted a Fett MOC, but it wasn't a priority. As all the Palitoys were hitting silly money, and I was getting nothing, I wanted something as I had saved up for the last 3 months. £520 before fees was a very decent price for a clear bubble, and no creases. If it had of gone to £540 I would have left it.

That was mental considering past prices. It just kept going up so fast. Clearly 2 or more really needed it.

I wouldn't say all the Palitoy's were hitting silly money, I agree some were, but not all in my opinion.
I bagged a 41 back 2-1b for a £200 hammer, granted it's not the most sought after or glamorous or cards and it's a common Palitoy 41 back, but for 200 notes in today's market.....

Sorry, should have been more specific. Some of the 12 backs were quite good, and that 2-1b was very well done. I would have been up against you if I didn't get one a few months back

Sorry to hear that mate. Sucks when it's just a few quid you miss by.
The limbs on the Fett are slightly faded, and there's a small litho tear. If it didn't have these 2 issues it would have been seen as grading material and snapped up for over a grand. Those issues meant I could afford it.

I managed to get my first 12 back since I started collecting again. I bagged a Kenner Chewbacca for £160 ,which I did not think was bad even with a split at the bottom of the stem ,which does not bother me. I have always loved this card and have never got over selling an AFA 85 one back in 2006.

Well I totally forgot about it and only logged on about one-ish so missed all the Action Man lots , however I broke my Vectis SW cherry with a POTF Warok for £60 before fees, don't know why as I'm only after a loose run so will probably be up for swaps for my missing loosies

I won a Palitoy 20 Back Hammerhead, 70B Tri-Logo FX-7 and a 21A Kenner Power Droid.
So many other bid on but prices were way above my budget....even the opened Palitoy 12 Backs were over £200 each.

I agree. Many of those prices were pre-Palitoy hype levels. Which was nice to see. But again some very odd prices to say the least!
