Palitoy Advert Fett

Has anyone ever seen this Fett before?

It's a still from a Palitoy advert on Dave Tree's Advert Archive DVD. I hope this is allowed as fair use?

I believe it's a 12" Fett painted to look like a 3, 3/4 inch one.

Though I could be completely wrong

Far from disappointing

I spotted this a few years ago. The 12" was painted up to represent a 3 3/4" for a 'Hero' shot of the new bad guy.

I am told Palitoy worked with an outside agency for TV advertising, but the doll... er large scale action figure... did feature in at least one other press media image, although at first it's not obvious in black and white:

Although not a prototype, it's very cool to see that they used their own resources to create the desired effect

You're right. It's just that I'm not into the 12" figures/dolls: probably because I don't remember them from my past.

Sorry for the spoiler and thanks for the extra info. I wish I could be there for the presentation.
