love seeing these other toy lines, but most are a bit after my childhood - although I did have a he-man and used to collect ghostbusters.

I've been entering a monthly photo comp on an Action Man forum (more my childhood) and thought I'd share my entries here. Its a tough comp

I really like the Battlestar, Star Trek and Dune lines on the previous page. I'd forgotten some of those existed - happy days playing with those as a lad

thnaks Slim - i post these on an action man site but doubt they've gone further. There's a fair few of us who do this kind of thing, some guys build some amazing props too. Quality stuff 8)

I just picked these up! They appeared on eBay and couldn't resist. Had them when I was a kid in 1990 when the World Cup was on, made by Kenner too! Probably the last decent Spurs side :D

Wow cool. I had these too. Spurs Linekar is rare!

Do the original action go for a lot??

Just walked past my local charity shop and in the window was a box which included about 5 different jackets, 5 pairs of trousers, guns and weapons, about 5 pairs of black and white boots and 2 actual action men. One wearing a beige german helmet, navy blue wooly jumper and jeans, the other wearing trousers, camo jacket and black beray. £50 for the lot

Original AM stuff is sought after, some more so. That Beige German helmet for instance sounds like the Afrika Korps helmet - if it's in could condition with strap and lugs intact, you could get £25/£30 for that alone. If it's vintage!

Try and get a pic of whats there if it's still available, loose action men, can fetch £20 each for an eagle eyes in good nick.

I remember when charity shops were cheap!
Sounds alot to me but I suppose some pictures would be nice since the hats could clinch it.

Sounds about market price if it is an Afrika corps, otherwise a bit pricey.

You can get good condition AM in common outfits for £25-£30 if you shop around. Some outfits are rare and sought after and cost a lot more

The Arsenal footballer with all leaflets, badge and trackie top was about £90, whilst my near mint German Stormtrooper cost about £30

The trousers and jackets are normally about £1 each in rummage boxes at toy fairs - very much like SW :)
