I am not located in Germany, but i've bought items from Amazon.de before (Belgium doesn't have his own amazon), so its possible.

If you can't order it yourself, let me know i can probably help you out.

Edit: I just checked and i can order it and shipping to me is free.
So i can order it for you and forward it to you if you want.
I estimate that shipping from Belgium to US would be around 13,75 Euro (wich including tracking and signature confirmation).
