Original bounty hunter figures

I had a ton of original Star Wars stuff, annuals, paper backs, lead figures, vehicles, coins ect... I sold them all, but kept hold of my favourite figures... The bounty hunter ones, especially Boba Fett I still have these and think the time has come to sell them. They have slight wear but nothing much.
How much would they be worth please?
Also have a boba fett full size cardboard cut out.
