ONETOFIVEDAYAUCTIONS -- BEWARE!!! SHAUN NEINEST - SCUMBAG

Hello,

I am new here and have been posting messages on several forum sites related to vintage star wars since this incident. A word of warning.... ONETOFIVEDAYAUCTIONS on Ebay, many of you may be aware of them as they deal in a lot of vintage star wars. I auctioned a vintage double telescoping luke and ONETOFIVEDAYAUCTIONS won the auction. I got payed via pay pal, shipped it off and that was that. Two weeks later the person behind ONETOFIVEDAYAUCTIONS, Shaun Neinest, contacted me and said he never received it... (I didn't track the package...I know - STUPID). Well Ebay ruled that I had to return his money.
Two weeks later this scumbag is selling the exact luke I mailed him on Ebay for a Buy it Now auction!!!!! 100% my luke - no doubt about it. I confronted him via telephone at his toy store in Dallas, TX and via e-mail and he admitted that the luke was mine and that it was an "honest" mistake. Now this scumbag, SHAUN NEINEST, refuses to give me my money!!! He wants to mail the luke back to me... I have already heard horror stories that I will not get the original vintage saber that I mailed to him back when he sends it to me. I refused to give him my address and I am trying to go through Ebay to get my money... Any suggestions?? In any event BEWARE of this P.O.S and TRACK YOUR PACKAGES!!!!!!

Well going through ebay is the best thing i can think of. And flagging him on sites like this helps. You have to go in strong with ebay. Demand his account be closed.
Arse-holes like him know exactly what they're doing and need to be stopped.

How much did the figure go for? 1000 dollars or there about?

I hope you manage to get something sorted but if someone has to receive a harsh lesson, then this is it I'm afraid

It's the type of item that you just dont have to think twice about whether to send the item with Tracking or not

feel sorry for anyone in that position, but if your selling such an item you should take precautions

this is Ebay, how many times do we here stories of buyers or sellers being ripped off, you should all know by now that the first thing Paypal will ask for is Proof of Delivery etc

Just daft to put yourself in that position

Just an update. Ebay has granted my appeal and I got my money from Shaun!!!! A word of advise after this situation (besides tracking packages) take good detailed pictures of your items. The rep from ebay (thanks Shelia) was able to compare my auction pics to shaun's and was able to grant my appeal (with a little coaxing) based on the paint ware marks on the figure that she was able to compare and confirm to be the same.
