Taken the kids to three events and got to see the Brownlee's win the other day and taken the wife to a couple of events in the park, which is a cracking place. Night off tonight and then flipping a coin tomorrow to see who is taking my daughter to the women's basketball semi (I suspect not me). And I must say, no trouble with transport and the games staff, army and all have been great.

I stand by what I said about the money being taken from the rest of the UK's sports budget and also that there are definitely better uses that we could have put the money to. Albeit the Government had no way of knowing how ****ed our economy would be when they applied to host the Olympics, so I'll excuse them that.
