Not my day at the mo, had PC issues so am on my back up computer, managed to sign up & but the ticket, then no reader for the ticket, so downloaded addobe, then the ticket has not printed out very well :|
Also in my order conformation email it says this - Please print out your ticket. Only by hard ticket to gain entry to the event.
Anyone know what that means? - only by hard ticket :?

You can print the ticket out another time, as long as you remember your password etc.

It means take your print out with you to exchange for tickets when you get there. Don't forget photo ID. Hard print means hardcopy.
