I came across a box at home the other day that was somehow missed when I put my collection into storage. It's one of about five or six boxes that contains items I bought in the shops in the nineties. People may remember that the period around the Special Edition releases was a fantastic time for new Star Wars products.
The Darth Vader invitation was for the 1990's re-launch event for Star Wars in the U.K at which I was a delegate. The newest item is an unwrapped Phantom Menace chocolate bar - worth a fortune now I'm sure.
I didn't bother so much with the Kenner toys in the 1990s and concentrated on stuff that I thought wouldn't be preserved otherwise, such as food items, boxed mug sets and stationery. It would be nice to see if other people have collected obscure items from the 90s. I'm willing to bet that I didn't manage to find everything.
