New here- At At advice

Hello
I'm new here. Started to recollect the figures again but got persuaded by an At- At resonably priced on ebay. Mostly just needs a good clean. Bought a few repro parts to replace missing ones until I can track down the originals. I would just like some advice about the chin guns- the buld works when i press the button but the guns don't move. Any ideas on how to fix that. Should they be moving even? I always wanted one when I was young but never got one and none of my friends had one either so this is the first time i've ever seen one close up.
Any advice would be appreciated
Thanks a lot
Chris

Welcome Chris - in the first instance try moving the gun runners by hand, see if that doesn't loosen them up

If not you might have a loose connection. There's two wires that connect to the head, but they're easily reattached if you take it apart.

The hardest connections to fix are the ones to the battery compartment, as the base is riveted down.

Thanks so much Spoons. I forced the runners back and forward a few times and it unseized them. Seems to be working perfectly now. I really appreciate your help.
