Once you informed me I had sold you a dud, I accepted responsibility and apologised...for a 100% GENUINE mistake...I tried all I could to sort this out asap...shame, this forum has a great set of friendly members...

If I get my money I won't be keeping the figure, you can have it sent wherever you want but trust me on this, I would not have wanted to have dealings with you again either, it's bad enough putting up with this cr*p on ebay

Maybe not my place to say but I'm going to anyway, Vader made a mistake and has admitted that straight away and tbh reading the messages you have put up he seems to be truly gutted and has been pleasant about the whole thing and straight away tried to rectify the problem, why put all this in public to try and shame him when he has done nothing wrong, mistakes happen, **** happens, imho you are out of line lejackal, give him a break.

Mmm, interesting, he sold a fake weapon, I'm out of pocket, I want to return said item and reasonably in my option want him to foot the bill for return of said fake weapon, open claim as this is the first time I've bought from him, request he pays the cost of signed postage to the return address on paypal, he wants figure sent to a UK address whereby I will have no protection if he decides to be a cock and when this is pointed out to him he says I'm wrong, he then shortly after highlights the pp terms that state I will get nothing back if there is no proof of return yet I should give him a break? Er, no.

Just my observations mate, yeh sold a fake said sorry, not out of pocket cause he would refund you, has said would refund postage also, probably could have been sorted without paypal claim as they can be a bugger sometimes, think its the Czech uk postage etc that has thrown it a bit, I don't think he would an arse, specially from reading he rest of the post. You just seemed to take it to him hard for little reason is all mate, anyway hope you resolve it.

I'm glad it was resolved and will state here to any who read the thread that I have also messaged the buyers of the other items, asking them to check and confirm originality of ALL pieces. Have already received reply that one is fine, awaiting others that are either yet to a) read PM sent or b) still awaiting delivery of item(s).

Although I buy on here more than I sell, ANY problems I will ALWAYS try and sort it out for the buyer ASAP. Have had nothing but positive dealings with quite a few guys on here already and hope for more in the future. Even the buyer who unfortunately received a repro item recently, has had a positive transaction previously, when I bought from him, resulting in positive feedback from both sides.

And finally, just to add - I know I need to pay more attention to the repro weapons - this one clearly fooled me...but as I said and will say again, I am sorry for any inconveneince that was caused and hope if ever any issues arise in the future, they can be resolved in a more amicable manner. Just isn't in my character to do it any other way and this forum is full of friendly folk.
