New Ep Vii Stormtroopers!

Personally I'm really excited and can't wait for the new films, but from a point of view that Disney will take, they are not going to base all the designs on what us SW fans want, to the largest extent they are looking at a money machine, and return on investment. The target market will be of an age that are used to sleek, 21st century design, not old farts like myself :!:

With all that said, I will be first in line for a midnight viewing, for the fact that it is STAR WARS and the next chapter

i like the modern look helmet
for me episode 1 2 and 3 was too modern for the original trilogy and wasnt aimed at the original fans and that is all down to money but the new films are 30 years into the future so i think they can get away with alot more and i for one look forward to seeing them

Well I like the look of the new stormtrooper helmet, looks like natural progression of the theme.

Of course the OT helmet will always be the First and always my favourite. But time moves on, atleast they look to have been sympathetically done.

Could have been a whole lot worse and atleast they're real props not that CGI rubbish.
