New discovery? What else hasn't been found.

Well it's certainly possible, so let's hope more stuff comes out of the woodwork to help it stack up. Isn't the fact that box flats made it out in to the wild enough to pretty much discredit any opened one? Unless anything differs between box flats and sealed/unsealed boxes. Unfortunately I don't think a price sticker and tape is enough to prove it was shop sold, both are very easy to fake. I think we need to see a shipping case, invoice, shop photo or something.

a shame but I agree

Skye's VME was pretty edge worn from memory -just seemed a good coincidence that of two Revenge box stories VME is a common link. It could have been an admin error and a few boxes made there way to a few local stores but we're unlikely to find real proof.

One of the RS guys said that the boxes wouldn't have been stored that long which does make an admin error unlikely, but with the minirigs they were being sold in ESB boxes anyway so an early release of Revenge toys isn't out of the question

Just did a quick google image search; ESB VMEs are in fairly short supply but there is a great box mock up on the archive 8)

I saw the Leia figure in person the other week as I was in Paris for a holiday and thought it would be rude not to call into the largest vintage toy shop in Europe. The quality of these figures was amazing, it really was.
The pricing on these figures doesn't surprise me given that their shop is in central Paris and based on the prices of other items I can't see them selling too much. The store was amazing, every vintage toy line was present....however the pricing was ****ing ridiculous, on all items!

I know it's not Vintage Star Wars but they had a loose in OK condition but complete Jitsu from the vintage MOTU toy line....35 euros!!!! I struggle to sell that figure through my ebay shop for £6!

Are you talking about Lulu Berlu? I think a lot of their business is online and agree they have vintage stuff of nearly every toy line - vintage and modern. Appeals more to the European market as no expensive shipping or Custom Charges unlike America.

There prices are pretty ridiculous I agree but if you really want something and they are the only stockist to have it then people tend to bite the bullet. However can't understand the pricing on say common stuff like 35 Euro's for Jitsu MOTU, which as you say can be picked up rather cheaper everywhere else.

Dead jealous, would love to visit their shop one day

Yep Lulu Berlu, it was amazing walking around....even the wife found it interesting! but the prices were bonkers
They had a loose Wicket for ....45 euros!!
Shame really as I'd gone with the intention of buying something but their vintage Star Wars offering was actually quite small, especially compared to MOTU (which I know has a massive following in France)
