Iv just looked at the woolies site,and every single one is out of stock?Must be popular eh

asda always has a few in stock

Asda only had the transformer snowspeeder and vader tai fighter,so i didnt bother,went to lambs and got the last three,two 30th and a 30th mcquarrie figure,ill post a pic of them soon.Slightly dissapointed there wasnt more,but im planning a trip to toysrus tomorrow

Iv been to toys r us tonight,and got a little carried away thanks to you letting me know about the three for two roundster
I nearly got a couple of vehicles too,but my wife tightened the reigns :lol: Anyway,heres some pics of what i got,i was chuffed to see darth with the coin book,so grabbed him too,and there is a couple other types i got the 501st stormtrooper,and hans solo in trench coat,im a little dissapointed iv missed the date to be able to send off for the lucas stormtrooper figure,i didnt realise how old it was,but still happy i have it
Just curious but why do some of the 30th not have a coin?

i think the saga ones look good with the vintage style cards
how many are in that series?

what series is that stromtrooper from? ive not seen those

i have to add - ive looked at a few modern series now and i think about the worst ones are the episode 1 cards - they look a bit lame

I have to agree,im not overly keen on anakin,but he is part of the 30th so i got him,but i just noticed c3po has a grey lower right leg,never noticed that before?And the 501st stormtrooper has the date 2006 on it but i dont know anything else about it,i just loved it so had to have it

I see what you mean,and yes i agree,im not keen on jaja either,just didnt seem believable,if you know what i mean ?In the film.I thought you meant the basicness of some of them?

My wife popped into Argos for me today,and got me these,thanks for the nod roundster Three in a bag for £7.49,chuffed

I don't know what the modern collectors do with the figs these days

There's a lot of packaging involved compared to the vintage figs. Can't be very environmentally friendly :|

Im very tempted to open them up Darthwensleydale,but i want to get a space for them,and sort some sort of dio out for them so it looks good,so could take a little time.But i might just have them stood up next to each other on a shelf yet,not sure

Col I used to have two dioramas with modern figs, Jabba's palace and the cantina, they were great fun, but stuck up loft now!

I think unless i make an effort to sort some sort of display out,my stuff will end up in the attic too I do remember seeing a dio of yodas hut and luke with him somewhere,liked the look of that,any pics of that anyone?
