Netherlands Postage: WTF is going on??

WTF is going on with Netherlands postal service at the moment?? I am currently being contacted at least once a week by someone from the Netherlands saying their package hasn't arrived yet. The delivery time seems to have gone from 6-7 days to 3 weeks!?! And a couple of packages have gone missing all together meaning i've had to send replacements. It even cost me a Neg (reduced to a Neutral after serious negotiating with the prick) for one package that got lost last month.
It used to be like that with Italy, to the post where most people wouldn't post there, but i have no problems with Italy anymore. Netherlands is worse now than Italy ever was.
Really hope they sort it the **** out. It's a ****ing joke. It's getting to the post where i'm thinking of striking Netherlands off the list and not sending there anymore.

Hi Pete and sorry to hear about your postal issue. I recently sent out a figure to Netherlands with no problems at all and it arrived in around 3 days so rest assure it does work at times. Xx

Hi Pete, every country has issues with the post somethimes.
Seems your on a streak of bad luck and i understand your frustation.
What shipping method are you using?

By the Way Belgium is not the same as Netherlands, so don't exclude fro myour sales :lol:

I don't think it's bad luck. I've had 7 messages from buyers in the Netherlands in the last 3 weeks. That's more than just a run of bad luck that's an issue with the postal service. I had a message today from a buyer, one yesterday and one on friday. All still waiting for their packages. All sent out on different days.
I always use Royal Mail.

I havent found out anything particular about problems at TNT post, but i noticed On a dutch site, that alot of people are complaining about parcel not arriving (or arriving late).

Anyway, i hope your parcels come through at your buyers.

No never recorded. 99% of my sales are sent in envelopes. Regular overseas post with Royal Mail. Very reliable, usually.

This situation is still ongoing. Got another 3 complains since friday. Packages not arrived. It's getting beyond a joke. I really don't wanna remove Netherlands as a postage option as i sell a fair amount there but if it goes on much longer i'm gonna have to. If any of you are selling anything expensive i'd think twice about sending it Netherlandsbound.

Do you have a link to this. Have another Dutch customer complaining and they don't believe there us any issue. Just think it's me. This is the problem, even tho it's not in my control it's me who gets it in the neck and ultimately loses money and reputation.
