You should be able to pick all of those up for £5-10 each from UK sellers. Worth asking for photos of the PCB connector (the gold contacts that go in the console slot) to see how worn they are, avoid games that look like they've been taken to with an angle grinder, once the gold coating has worn off the games will struggle to work.

Shadows of the Empire isn't an expansion pack game, all the others are. Not sure if they upgraded Shadows of The a Empire to be compatible with it. You can still play all the none compatible games with the expansion pack in though.
