Impressive, most impressive! 8) somehow I have totally missed your thread till just now, really like the way you have it all laid out, the risers make your loose run bang & those wall mount cases are the nuts, must have been a real labour of love putting that together neatly, my fave is the Tie corner though, always had a soft spot for tie's, also nice to see you have a diagona in the mix, not full loose collection is IMO complete without the freaky green dude, you not bothering with a probot & slave ones carbonite block?

Hi Frank,
I have the Probot and Carbonite block, but both are in their respective playset/vehicle... Diagona made it into the loose run as I snagged him before I managed to lay my hands on the boxed Kenner Death Star, so he's a double and therefore I can pop him in the run. As and when I see the other two without the vehicle/playset I'm sure I'll slip them in the run :D
Cheers for the kind words

Long time coming, but I've been off and about doing a 10 marathon challenge the past year, so not been online as much as when I first joined. Here is a much overdue update on the collection as its grown:

MOC Wall

Loose Run; now with a few more variants and a third acrylic riser from Christian and Iain

12 inch (clearly need to upgrade that yellow Stormtrooper), some Mini-rigs and my R2 focus shelf

Fett focus shelves; including the lovely mail away acrylic from Iain and Christian

Finally a desk ornament  that I picked up today in Argos for less than £17! That's what Nectar points are for isn't it?!?

As you can see, running out of space... (and money), but want to pop glass shelves in the loose run cabinet and rework all the boxed ships and vehicles (onto the shelves) to maximise the space so I can build on the MOC collection too.
Hope you enjoy! :D

Fantastic update! :D

loving those 12" figures as always and wow those MOC's have grown  I've always had a soft spot for the large head Han MOC so nice to see one there in the bunch of them.

Keep up the good work.

Ian

Cheers... I'm really happy with it, particularly that as new purchases arrive, I can trade them in and out of the MOC wall with such ease. The kit provided by GW Acrylic and how I've hung them all means I can pop one off, slip one of the MOCs out and pop a new one in. Clearly I don't want to do it all the time as I'll end up with fresh unwanted edge-wear, but as the collection builds, its nice to mix it up every so often and change the wallpaper!

brilliant set up mate, so many cool items, hard to pick a favourite, but i do like those boxed ties and the wall of MOC,your loose collection is great to and those acrylic risers really set off the display

Right... here comes the first update in about a year. Quite worrying actually how much this has all grown...

I knew, both due to the volume of recycled packaging and of course my ever dwindling bank account that I'd had a big year, but it really does jump into focus when looking at how its grown. I guess with so much focus on my Han Solo Focus in recent months, the other elements have just escalated quietly in the background...

I must note that a decent portion of the growth has come from my loft/storage from the mid-90's of course; it really has been a joy to unpack 'old friends' and get them out of the dark and on show again!
