Yeah scary stuff, I'm a chicken, so would run a mike from some of these

What you doing on the yoda mate, bust or full piece? Will be an awesome piece.

I love the Fett from the Sarlaac 8) cool

Love the C3po and the Yoda in Carbonite.

And the Mikey of course :D

Cheers mate
Well my shed out back is being rebuilt, got to wait for that to be finished, this stuff is far to messy for indoors though i have done pieces in the kitchen before today, including mikey, yoda will be a full lifesize piece, head hands feet and body, all done separately starting with his head

Heres a jaws display i put together, i'm a big jaws fan to, the teeth are cast from a screen used original, bruce the shark had one set of teeth which were all cast separately and these are copies from them, also in the display is a tiny piece of the orca 2 the second boat used in the movie for the end scenes when the boat sinks

Brill, you'll have to post up a thread when you do the yoda and show him in stages, that will be awesome 8)

Yep don't mess up the kitchen!

The Jaws piece is fantastic, so is it's little brother, another treasured piece mate :D

A few people have asked me about the yoda in carbonite, its only small heres a pic so you can get an idea of scale
DSCF9896.jpg

I don't mind doing a few for members at cost, i can make them fully painted out of plaster for cheapness at £13.00 each, or out of resin which is sturdier and less prone to breakage at £25.00, those prices are delivered in mainland uk, i'd need a few people interested so i can buy the stuff
shoot me a message :D

The actor warwick davis asked me to make him a bust of his goblin character in harry potter, he was really pleased with it

Heres a few more, first up the freddy snake from nightmare 3 with my son Lucas when he was little, love this pic, i allways told the kids growing there are only plastic monsters no real ones and daddy makes them, so they have never been bothered by them
frostyfreddyhead027.jpg

Lucas loved the new dr who growing up, and especially the monsters, he loved the weeping angels from the episode blink so i made one for him, heres the clay sculpture

the final sculpt has a two part mould made, i then pour in liquid latex and once thats sets i add a foam similar to the stuff you use on window frames but soft and flexible, once that is set i pull the mould apart and paint the rubber head

Outstanding work. Especially E.T. You absolutely NAILED E.T.

Star Wars or not. They're worth showing to the world I say.

Cheers, glad you all like the non star wars stuff to, as i said i do plan on doing more star wars related stuff eventually

Heres a piuece i'm doing for a friend, he sent me an unpainted latex head of a zombie from the movie return of the living dead, heres the original zombie its based on
WP_20150506_18_53_15_Pro_zpsbl9t8qgl.jpg

and my painted version, still got to add the hair to it but the paintjobs done
DSCF5218_zpsv8hpa32f.jpg

the sculpture was well done i thought, but the teeth were quite different to the original and the eys were sculpted wonky, i've done the best i can with it, now onto the hair

Now i've looked at it again i think its a tad to green, so i'll add some flesh tones to it tomorrow, tone it down a bit

Cheers, my wife feels the same lol, i don't have much from my business days it was all sold on, but i kept the old man from UP.
I use acrylic eyes in my heads which are very lifelike, and i backpaint them to make the colours stand out,the ET eyes were the most difficult due to the size, but i got it done in the end

Cheers, wish i still had the moulds for 3p0, lots of people have asked for one, i sold them a couple of years ago
Well i finished the zombie, i hand laid the hair which is a bugger of a job but its done now, not exacly salon fresh, :D i added dried blood and fake dirt to the hair to
