Well if you want to buy a mobile deal, or BB or home line or combo of the 3 there are loads of numbers to ring, or online access to buy .....easy :!:

Now when your a customer and you have a fault...forget it

I had a major issues with BB about 2 months ago nearly lost my mind sorting it out with overseas faults process

My wife's mobile...had an issue...took 3 weeks and about 20 calls still didn't sort so switched to Voda

Now my home phone has gone down ( with orange/EE)

4 hours later 7 calls later...no joy
Can't even get them to get to the line test phase

Best thing is I work in comms  so know the process, and know 1st line and second line support has to be gone through prior to logging the line test on the BT exchange equipment ( yes you guessed it ....that is done from an Indian call centre)
Ill just put you on hold while I test the line....then on hold that long it tripped back to first line support, had to go through it all again

HO HO ....they then said ill put you on to tech support to test the line...then it just went into the ether, and blocked the mobile line ...had to switch off the mobile to break the connection

I have lost the will to live

So don't use Orange :!:

Rant over sorry had to get it off my chest

Fookin telecomms is arse

Mate- to be honest, I think the telecoms and rail service should be back in public hands.

I agree mate

Service is a misnomer, it's all about money and the service side has failed miserably. public ownership of transport telecoms etc would be much better.

Free market economy....spells competition.....spells competitive pricing....which then spells large company acquisition retaining brand names....spells vicious circle....spells **** service and steady price rises

Scream if you want tomgomfaster :!:

Easy comrade, the sheepeople are not ready for such wise words.

We must start the revolution with a whisper, before we assinate their precious. :p

**** profit driven service industries! I want my recourse and I want it at the end of a rope.
