Movie Mistakes

I know we have all seen this one before...the stormtrooper banging his head

Does anyone have any other memories of movie mistakes they found? (not googled)

I definately remember Dillon in predator, when he gets his arm blown off and he spins around you can see his real arm sticking out of the bottom

There are tons of star wars ones on http://www.moviemistakes.com/film1226 you can view toms of images and some of them are quite amusing, some are pointless and you would never really notice them.

There is a great film directed by Steven Spielberg called "Duel" some guy gets chased all over the place by a mad trucker!

Well anyway, in one scene I believe he is trying to phone for help in a payphone , when the door closes/opens you can see the camera crew in the reflection (might even be the man himself)
