i wouldnt get out of bed for that

iam looking at sorting a job by the end of next week.... if ive not found anything then i will start to worry .......(not being big headed-but)but how many chefs do you know that have owned there own resturant (which won two awards for food), has cooked for royalty (prince andrew), and is doing a degree in food manufacturing & teaches NVQ's cookery??

the good thing is that most
are burger flippers which have seen to many t.v programs....t.v chefs are like the new footballers (its seen as cool), and its a skilled job (so you dont have to be that switched on to do it.....its a bit like plastering  ) so out of the 1000's of chefs in the area i should stand out .....so hopefully someone somewhere can use me ...........but who knows i might have priced myself out of the market ??? :?

were now looking ,saw one last night .229.995 4 bed detached but i know where it is and its only detached enough to get your bin down .there is a nice big one up for private sale so gonna give them a call

When do you have to be out your place Han

ive spoke to the guy buying my business and he said that he wants to move in between 5-7th april, ive seen a house and iam in the middle of doing a deal...... the house that ive seen has been reduced from Ã'£179.950 and its now on for Ã'£174.950.....

i put in an offer of Ã'£150,000..and got told to piss off  , ive now been back and forth to him with offers, and i think ive got him down to Ã'£160,000..... so hes out of pocket nearly Ã'£20,000 :x

anyway i find out in the morning if he's taking my offer:? :D

looks like this is the one lads...... ive bid up to Ã'£164,000 and the agent has told me that if i went to 165,000 the bloke would sell it to me!!! my wife really wants it and would pay the full price but iam a tight bastard   , what do you guys think ?? ive looked on right move at houses in the area (10 mile radius) and this is the best house within the margin of Ã'£190,000, - Ã'£160,000, if i wanted a house like this in sunderland (where iam from) it would cost about Ã'£220,000 - 230,000 ........

i know it makes sence to go for it i think iam trying to convince myself that theres something better out there!- iam in a muddle !! :? what do you lot think ?

It's a nice place. Are there any others your seriously considering?
If your really not sure, do the old trick of writting down all the pro's for buying it and the con's against buying it and compare the two.

As your married you then have to ASK the wife what it is that 'you' really think!

thats the point theres nothing else which i like as much.... (in the same price range), even though i can easyly go higher i wouldnt be able to have the same way of life if i did get a more expensive house as with this one i can afford it on my wage alone (once i get a job) the wifes money will be extra !! and theres nothing apart from a new kitchen that i would need in that house as our furniture would match whats in there !

we have kicked it in head for now .for us to get a better house then we have now (we paid Ã'£32000 for this )we have to spend Ã'£225000
