memorabilia NEC 22-23rd March 2014

Slim pickings today imho. A few boxed pieces here & there. Those that had any loose (which I was looking for) didn't seem to know anything about them, high prices & plenty of repro weapons by the looks of it.

Thankfully, plenty of SW characters around to keep the kids happy, 501st out in force! And a sweet, fully functional R2.

Brown bear, there's also a barry potter toy fair at the cov connexion tomorrow. I might pop in to see if I can get some loose bits and pieces.

I went today, again slim pickings, seemed big money for most items, did manage to get palitoy boxed atst traded for some spare lose and £15 so happy days :) was also first one I had been too.. loved the star wars vibe...

Cheers nj, heading there now...

As the guys mentioned not that much there yesterday compared to the last one but I did manage to score a boxed palitoy Falcon for £50 :D
Picked up a few other items as well, will put them up in the latest acq post later.

Great day though, even though it seemed only about half of 501st were there.

My missus was trying to get a blaster off a stormie for a pic and they said no you have to ask the boss so she went over to Vader and got told off by him

Don't bother, unless you like stinky old men, cars and trains. One loose stormie in the whole place.

good call.. got bombarded with family visits.. decided to indoctrinate the younglings with vintage star wars instead.

Went there yesterday as a early bird. Very slim pickings indeed

However there was a Beauty of a Canadian Walking R2 at £1100, A Candian Boxed Snowspeeder, A Luke Radio and a Nice Death Star.

Other than that there was Darren at Starzone who again had a fantastic stall. 8) and a guy who had overpriced Last 17 a POTF Bwing Pilot MOC £70 and a couple of trilogos

Great pick up on that Falcon Dan 8)
