Maulster79's Collection (Oct 2011)

Cheers Ed,

The Early Bird is vintage with the DT Luke and the Box. I am rearranging the collection for more photos soon.

I started collecting vintage in summer 1994-2002 and started again in 2010. Between 1995-2002 i got distracted with modern stuff and the prequal hype and bought tons of that instead. I have been selling all my modern stuff over the last 2 years. It has taken ages and now all i have is the last of the 12 inch that i am selling soon and about 50 massive modern shop displays that im keeping.

Heres an impression of what the modern stuff was like:

As you can see it was out of control.

I made a rule. My passion is the vintage stuff- it always was, so know i only collect 1975-1985 (maybe 1989)

Enjoy, thanks again Ed 8)

New pictiures soon :)

Our collection rooms look almost the same. If me and you put are stuff together, that would be one hell of a museum. Nice early bird set. I need one of those. Of course I love all the oddball ****.

That really is an amazing amount of Star Wars stuff

What is the ROTJ promo display thing on the back of the door?

Thanks for the extra pictures mate, safe to say I prefer your current set up- fancy cover the vintage goodness in all that red tat
Phenomenal collection mate.

Is that a Lego store display? What year is that from mate? If that's ever up for the chopping block we might have to talk about it

I agree Todd, we could attempt a new SW Collectables Price guide between us.

The Lego store display is from 1999 and has more to it that i cant fit on because of room. I'm afraid that i am in love with it and am converting it into a vintage Misc shelving unit. Its the main reason why i think i cant have kids :)

Hi mate, amazing just amazing. It looks like a toy store or a museum, awesome.

Wish I had that kind of space.

Hi Maulster. That's on of the most impressive displays I've ever seen! Like an 80s toy store. You must be real happy with it. Im looking on my phone but im gonna fire up the laptop for a proper look. God I wish I had a spare room, maybe I can get both kids to share and have one of theirs!!!

i look at yours and todds displays every time i run out of cash and need more inspiration.
quality stuff grant :)
