Thanks for sharing maniac79, great pieces some instantly recognisable some are refreshingly new (well old but new).
I got that jigsaw for a pound at a car boot sale a month or so ago for a £1. The bloke said it was complete (1 piece missing :evil: ). That image is use quite a lot (flipped over) and touch up by hand with an airbrush in some uses.
I am going to go back and have another scroll through them

The Jabba photo is also completely different from the produced photo on the box. I think everything in that slide is a preproduction item down to Salacious crumb.
Here's the picture on my boxed Jabba to compare with.
That Jabba does stand out. Thanks for the box pic for comparison.
Nice to see black cloak squid head on the Jabba slide and the box too, he also pops up on the Ewok village slide. He gets around a bit

Here is what i can tell you about some of the pictures
This was used in the ESB read a long book . And i also think in the ESB picture/text book with Vader on the front .

This was also taken by Kim Simmonds . I have some where a atikel in a mag about him and his shots for Kenner . There are a birds eye view of this shoot . Note also that the Snowspedders and X-wings are from the Mico collection . This was done to make prespective in the shoot . ( Ps. i LOVE this piucture )

This one i think are in the ROTJ read a long book . But i think it is mirroed ? It is also on a pussel and a colloring book i think

This one is on the ROTJ mini rig box . I had a german version of the box . Note that all the stormtroopers have Snow trooper guns . In the back there are some towers that could be from cloud city . As i remember there are more photos from theis shoot on the box .

Have a look at jabbas pibe bowls and his trone . They have white collor and the trone is a difrent size and shape .
And it is mirrored aswell

Dennis I have only just found this, what an awesome run!!! I cant believe how many you have managed to assemble in such a short space of time :wink:
It only seems like a week ago you pmed me about the transparencies :lol: Crazy.
They look amazing, there are so many iconic images there. I would love to know how you get on with having some prints made from these 8)

New stuff incoming shortly. 8) In fact, I'm holding 12 new additions in my hands right now, but don't have much time to take pics atm as my sun is here for summer vacation. Also looking forward to buy 35 new slides next month.
As for prints, I'm not very far tbh... As you know Kim Simmons is offering a service where you send in your slides, he scans them and sends them back to you, including print outs, only for the cost of shipping. But that service counts only for slides/photos that he has not scanned yet. And I'm pretty sure that all slides that I bought recently came indirectly from him... so that service doesn't count for me I'm afraid. And I'm kind of afraid of the customs to be honest. If I send my slides over to him and he sends them back to me, the customs might charge me for nothing...
That being said he offered to restore the slides for me, which would be great as you can see that some of the slides have issues. I'll see in the future what I can do about it.
Weather is shite today, so maybe I can get around to take pics of my new additions today...
Keep your eyes peeled for me please, if you see any slide/transparency you don't want yourself, shoot a PM.
