Making of ESB on TV?

I have a strong memory of something on TV showing the making of ESB. It was presented by Mark Hamill. I think he was wearing his xwing outfit and was him sitting in a cinema talking through bits of the film. The show ends with Mark talking something about 'a special effect just being a special effect' only to be interrupted by R2 whistling at him.

Does anyone know what the **** I'm talking about? I really want to find this

It was shown on a Sunday afternoon on ITV during 1980, at least in STV land.

I'm sure I've heard that the version released on VHS and Blu is edited to remove a clip and mention of The Black Hole, and possibly other films, presumably for copyright reasons.
