All of the "smart ass comments" came in response to ABUSIVE posts from other members that
should have been stamped on by mods but were allowed to stand.
NOWHERE did I start to abuse or attack ANYONE until they turned on me - and if you back a dog
into a corner it's gonna show it's teeth.

I was not the one making personal remarks or getting other members to jump on bandwagons and go on

$100 now , would you?
There are people on here that are INCREDIBLE sources of knowledge, advice and friendship, but equally
so there are many A_holes and others that are easily led. My teasing in the thread about certain high
grade items is not "theatrics" (STILL can't think about that post without LMGDAO!)
in any way.
Normally I keep that information VERY close to my chest, but in this instance, I just wanted to **** off
the people that were having a jealous dig by letting them know that I have items they would sell their children
for. Childish I know,
but they threw the first stones.
In summation - apologies for the "disturbance in the force" so to speak, and hope this will (eventually) all be
water under the bridge and we can move along and all get back to enjoying the hobby we all spend so much
time, effort and cash on.
In actual fact, I have several other Fords - some very good modern ones, and some vintage that are probably
as good as the one on sale,
but will keep them for my self.
Oh and by the way, and just because this item caused such a lot of tension, you might like to know that after
one bidder at £1300 was unable to agree terms, I am currently considering a bid of £850, and also considering
another separate part cash part Star Wars items trade deal.
£1,000 UK is what I actually wanted to get out of it - though we are still thrashing out the details as we speak.
On a lighter note, I have an original press photo of Luke and Leia swinging from Jabba's sail barge that I could fancy
getting signed , so if you have another session with Hamill and Fisher coming up, please let me know.
