Mailers.....and their baggies.?

So....I ran across a few mailers. 2 4 packs and 1 8 pack. All three were opened and OG to the owner. Most have different baggies in them too. So my question is.....is it common to see different types of baggies in the mailers? Is this right or did the OG owner get them all mixed up? Fingers crossed on this one. I know Dan was just talking about these in a thread recently. Any help is great. I know there is not much known about these mailers.
