Man it looks to be glasslite, like said above not the right saber thou. But weather meccano or Glite it's still a freaking great score in a lot! Especially if you paid little for it.

Hey Andy, I think it is a fake, sorry.

The COO looks like a worn down China bar. A real one has a double raised bar. Here is a picture comparison with a fake:

Yes, it's a minefield. :|

The leg markings on the "Meccano" figure are more defined than the Glasslite version.

Thanks fly, looking at the picture mine does'nt appear to have a double raised bar so it does look like i have a duff one.

Oh well it made my monday evening less dull trying to find out what it was. :lol:

I'm going to send it off to steve at UKG just to confirm that it is a fake.

It's all part of the excitement of Star Wars Collecting :lol: . It will be up for sale as soon as i get clarification on what it is/was from steve.

Looking at those pictures from fly it looks like a china raised bar with the china bit missing, the confusing part is that the bar does'nt appear to be tampered with.

He could be a china raised bar where they forgot to stamp the china, therefore one of a kind :wink:
