refund them and claim off Royal Mail

can i do that with just a reciept with their post code on ,if so i will tell them i will refund them if i can get it back of the po .if not they can **** off how do i knoww they havent got the item

im going thro this at the mo....

i bought a PBP luke x-wing and it never got here :(

it was sent registered tho.... i suggested to the seller to refund me and that he can reclaim his cash... he refused to refund me until royal mail cough up...

Also.... i had sent a figure with only a proof of purchase and tried to claim for it.... i had the certificate of postage stamped too.. i told them that the item was worth Ã'£5.60 and that was to enclude a refund on postage from seller...

they only PART REFUNDED me about Ã'£3.50 and it took ages coz i had to sent all the crap to plymouth

if it doesnt turn up i will get them what i can back off roal mail ,if that full amount or a third thats what they get they are getting **** all back off me

since they never bought insurance (registered) then you are actually doing it as a favour isnt it...

im not sure i would like to pay out on sending summat that never got there if it wasnt sent recorded....

i have been lucky so far

The receipt with a post code counts as proof of postage, there's no reason not to refund them.
