Joe man, You should keep that Uzay collection together. Sell all the molds and loose figures but not the carded run. Im sure everyone would'nt mind if you decided to change your mind and keep them. FFS there is backstabbing and **** shows going on in every other walk of life and not just this hobby. So....could we see screen shots of the emails from both of you clearly showing the time stamp? I think that would clearly show who is full of **** and who is not. I do not know Mete well and I know Joe has knee jerk reactions sometimes...............so lets see it. I agree with who emails/messages first gets first dibs.

How you are supposed to post and email at the same time is beyond me and seems like a dumb rule that caused the problem. Joe probably posted first and then took his time writing an email figuring he was in first. Maybe rubber like did the opposite....anyways I can see how Joe would think this is a bit fishy.
If you wanted to remove ambiguity shouldn't you take the open forum post as priority?

I was really pissed off once when I mailed a guy on here about an item first and then he sold it to another person who bought the item I wanted in a larger purchase (but not full job lot) deal the next day.
The bootleg world (and all hobbies) shouldn't be intertwined in a web of deceit with deals being done behind closed doors to shaft the innocent. Seems a lot of this goes on and is tolerated in some down market forums.
In this case I hope we have two honest guys and one of them has got their wires crossed somewhere as to me they both come across as genuinly believing what they are saying is correct.

Also, I don't care about the piece any longer as it's soo far and above not about "that" any longer. I'm just done regardless. My email box is clogged with a combination of people trying to talk me out of selling and people trying to reserve stuff. Nothing's being sold (IE im not taking any money) until the carded Headman deal is confirmed. Once that's sold the rest will be much less painful to sell.

I did the sale by email preference over posting preference because people can edit their posts and add/change things. WIth email, I have a permanent record that can't be changed.

Fair enough - I guess there really isn't a foolproof way to do it. Your post at the beginning says post and email and then at the bottom it says email first then post. I could see how that could cause some confusion.
It looks like your good intentions bit you and Joe in the ass here. I'm sure if Joe wasn't already tiptoeing on the line of staying in the hobby he would just chalk this one up to "you win some, you lose some".
