Loose complete cloud car pilot no coo palitoy version

Hi guys need some help from you no coo collectors recently picked up this lovely complete cloud car pilot and it appears to be the palitoy no coo version if my research is right? I know some of these no coo's holds a higher price tag just wondered if this was one of them?
