Loft find imminent

Where abouts is this find (nothing specific, largest big town will do). It just looks and sounds like a loft find i heard about recently.

Its not the same one then, I know of a lead in staffordshire.

So I put in a reasonable offer to start with, but now she is taking them to a 'specialist auction' place to be valued, I think she has twigged these are at least worth something and thinks she is sitting on a goldmine worth a fortune..... :x

So what would be fair price to offer just for the Rancor and Jabbas palace ?
