Less posts due to FB collector groups

The thing is with new members that 95% of them are just here for valuations, to flog modern crap or scammers, you dont see the members and posts we reject

if they came in and read the information to introduce themselves, made an effort, members would warm to them, its actually quite tiring, genuine star wars collectors usually stick around and make the effort.

Agreed. Our forum is way more laid back than any. We have embraced many new collectors that show up on here and a few have stuck around. You cant just come on here...pitch ebay sales...get a valuation and expect that to forge some type of community or friendship with us.

i prefer forums, its more of a good working formula.

FB posts are ok but feel more like an ongiong chat conversation and threads get lost after a few new ones are posted but it does seem lots more people [post in FB groups and quite a few of them dont use forums.
