Leia Organa Blaster

Just wondering if there is a definitive type of blaster that goes with the Princess Leia Organa?

Mine is a translucent blue and wanted to know if in fact this was only found with the Bespin and Hoth figures.

Thought it was black and perhaps some Palitoy one's translucent. But not 100% sure.

That's they way I understand it as well although there is the green/black/blue translucent one although I'm not getting into that again ( :lol: ), as long as it looks more black than any other colour on the Star Wars headed release of Leia ( not sure though if the black one was packed with Empire or Jedi releases of this figure but I feel it would be a blue one?).

Are you saying the black blaster was only packed with 12 and 20 backs? Not sure about that man, I doubt it!?

Well you're not the only one who's confused :lol:

As I was writing I realised that I had no idea about the later releases of the original Leia. The blue blasters seemed to be packed with figures after the 12 backs as you see them on 20 backs and the Empire releases. I'm really not sure if they just had blue plastic after a certain point and hence the colour of her blaster changed or if it was a conscious decision.

Anyone with a Leia moc run out there that can tell us?

Yeah that's what I thought, they would surely all come with a black blaster. I've not heard of any weapon accessory being deliberately or drastically changed other than the DT sabers.

I think there's an American guy on the forum with a very impressive Leia Organa focus, he's literally got every card and its mother, he would know.

It's not something I ever thought about with the original Leia always coming with the black blaster and does seem like the people making these kinds of decisions back in the day may well have given it some thought!

Brazil packed Leia with a silver jawa gun. They gave it no thought. A SILVER F***ING JAWA GUN.

Wow, thanks for the info. I think if I want the figure to correct I'll get her a black blaster and give the blue one to my Bespin Leia.
