Been a while since I contributed anything to this thread! Admiral Ackbar has just arrived, which "completes" my loose run, which I recently put on display as you may have seen in my other thread. I'm sure I used to have one, I must have given him to my son or something. I was hoping to get one from Farthest From, but couldn't make it in the end so had to settle for eBay.

But if Christmas Magic this year
B wing box and insert complete with MOC Pilot
Just like 40 years ago.
December 1984 - found these in my mum and dad's wardrobe week before Christmas. They were both wrapped. For the next week I snuck them out and up into my bedroom, carefully unwrapping, opening and playing with for an hour then carefully put it all back
After a week of "carefully" putting the wrapping paper back on it was ripped, torn and covered with copious amounts of good old UHU glue. I went to have one last sneaky play with it on Christmas Eve but there was a note attached telling me I'd been rumbled
Great memories, delighted to have them again, tempted to display them both half wrapped in Christmas paper
