Hi,

My name is Ed Huntley and I live in between Derby and Nottingham.
I have a large collection of Star Wars stuff that I am now willing to sell. Nothing is newer than 1986 as it has been in the attic since then. I can send anyone who wants them pictures and a spreadsheet detailing condition and price etc. Priority will be given to people who want to buy the entire collection.

Evening chaps.
Ed posted these for sale on the Echobase Facebook group last week & as I live only 20 minutes away I went to have a look at the collection. Amazing childhood collection. 120 figures including the full 94 (no fixed 3PO or Solid R2) multiple Stormies, bikerscouts, Rebel soldiers etc most in very good condition, some mint & the odd few that are beaters. Also a MINT set of Last 17 including all weapons apart from one black palace blaster & maybe the Luke Stormie blaster. A few weapons missing from the rest but 95% or so there.

What makes this collection unique & in my eyes truly amazing is that they are all Eds childhood figures & he has the original cardbacks for all but a few of the figures :shock: I've seriously considered selling my whole loose collection & buying Eds just for the story behind them.

The vehicles and playsets are pretty much all complete, most with boxes & instructions but only a few with inserts. Boxes are in good condition overall some excellent, some a bit misshapen.

Eds a really nice bloke, obviously loved these toys as a kid & really looked after them. The pics he has are really good & a very detailed spreadsheet. I wouldn't think twice about dealing with him.

It would be amazing if someone would buy these & keep them all together!

I know I'm still pretty new round here but I've been discussing these (sharing photos etc) with Rich Temple (djbighair) so he'll vouch for them too.

I just sent Ed a PM thanking him for sending me the info on what he has for sale but alas as I am just starting out again and only looking for carded figures, I won't be purchasing anything but what an amazing collection of loose figures and vehicles he has for sale I especially like the Darth Vader's star destroyer playset and nearly tempted me to make an offer but must not be distracted however I look forward to seeing some of his stuff come up on the latest acquisition thread!

Thanks for all the messages everyone. I can confirm that I have had no realistic offers for the complete collection thus far and am open to suggestions. I don't want to go down the ebay route, but I don't want to give them away either...
