Furry muff. However, I've seen this in another hobby of mine: smaller trade shows too close together or too often kills them off as the dealers can't make them all so split themselves between as many as they can. This leads to the buyers being disappointed in not finding all the dealers they want at any one show. This leads to a decline in attendance byy buyers and so then by sellers, etc.
I'm all for as many VSW trade shows as reasonably possible and I can't see a time when the calendar is so full that the above scenario will affect the market. This makes it all the more odd to schedule the only two within weeks of each other, and in actual fact, on the same day (originally). I'm sure plenty of folk would have been happy to go to both and found it a damned site easier to justify it to the other half to do so.
