Is this a toni or legit, plan to sell either way. Hoth storm

Hey all.

Before I sell I want to know if anyone can confirm if this is a toni hoth 65c.

Bubble has crack at base, date of offer pen blacked out on back.

Hey are there any iron marks on the bubble/ card? If bubble is brittle could be legitimate but I don't know if his earlier efforts used thinner bubbles.

Certainly his later figures have thicker strong clear bubbles.

Brittle bubble. No strength in this bad boy. No iron marks, or indents around the hanger either.

I would wager in that condition it won't matter either way to be honest with you. I think you will get a similar price either way.

If thats's one of Tonis it's the worst kept one I've ever seen. The card has loads of edge wear and the bubble looks like it's been up someones arse!
